Update on our Hobhouse Court project in London, Osborne and the trade teams are progressing well with SIP’s panels and brickwork and our phase one Schuco FW60+. Stickwok was delivered to site a week before our planned schedule.

The mixed-use development comprises 19 residential units, 1400m² office space, 850m² retail, and an art gallery within a refurbished Grade II listed John Nash building. Parts of the site fall within both Trafalgar Square & St Johns Conservation Area of Westminster and have existing underground vaults which are currently empty or being used for storage. The development will include a new glass structure housing a grand stair and lift to give access to the vaults and opening up views within the space and out into the courtyard.
