Opportunity:

Working with Laing O’Rourke to address general defects and implementing modifications to the facade following the demise of the original facade contractors. Works were linked to retention release for the main contractor and included leak investigations, balustrade alterations, glass replacements, door installations, curtain wall and louvre modifications and window remedial works.

Proposal:

NACWL Special Projects team has mobilised teams over multiple visits to undertake the works adapting as necessary to achieve the clients requirements. We have undertaken works during both day and night shifts and utilised various access and hoisting methods including mobile cranes, traffic management and BMU operatives.
