Bespoke Internal Glazing

Portsmouth City council has invested into the new Portsmouth carbon neutral terminal extension, which will give the city’s position as a major UK port. Due to an increase in cruise ships calling at the port the transformation is necessary to create capacity to manage an anticipated additional 250,000 passengers a year, in addition to the port’s current two million.

The project consists of glazing constructed from the Schueco range of products which incorporates elements of bomb blast and standard curtain walling/ doors. We worked with the client to develop an approach that will ensure the project is tailored, planned, managed, controlled and delivered to exceed the clients requirements for quality, cost effectiveness, functionality and robustness. The goal is to ensure that security is a central consideration of planning and designing of the project.
