Opportunity:
71 Queen Victoria Street, overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral, has created 187,060 Sq. Ft. of exceptional grade ‘A’ office space, over eight levels. The project replaces the original facade with full-height, textured glass and a large-scale entrance. This was also the introductory project for the company Far East Facades, in the UK, and NACWL were trusted as a partner to deliver a high-end finish.
Proposal:
The project included the installation of unitised curved curtain walling. Restricted site access also meant that logistics on this project had to be closely managed.
