Opportunity:
Sovereign Court is a mixed-use development comprising of 418 new homes and 529 square metres of flexible ground floor commercial floorspace. It has associated access, servicing, a 700-space car park, landscaping and open space provision. NACWL were appointed to complete the installation to the residential blocks.
Proposal:
We worked closely with St George to complete various elements of the facade.
