The Greenwich Marketing Hub comprises of two pebble shaped buildings linked by a feature curved canopy. The marketing suite is four storeys high, with an exhibition space, a cinema, boardrooms and a top floor with full size replica show flats.
NACWL were contracted to provide £350,000 of stick curtain walling, using the Reynaers FW50 system. We worked alongside COMO in a very tight and busy London location. Despite delays to the programme due to client decision making, the controls for access, housekeeping and working areas were incredibly well managed by all of the contractors involved and the site installation took only four weeks!
Mace commented on working with us by saying: “Special Projects were presented with a challenge to fabricate and install a large section of curtain walling in a very short time and managed to source the materials quickly to meet a demanding programme. The site team had a ‘Can Do’ attitude and worked well with everyone to get our project complete and handed over. As this was the marketing suite for the final project it was a key milestone delivery and crucial to the success of the overall scheme”
