Our Special Projects team worked at The Hub in London alongside our client Colliers, addressing water ingress issues and maintaining the building’s glazing and curtain walling systems. The project required a combination of investigative and remedial works to ensure ongoing performance and safety.
Proposal
The team conducted investigative works on a leaking roof and implemented effective remedial solutions. Additional works included gasket replacement, supply and installation of new glass units, cleaning of water drainage systems, and replacement of worn or damaged components. These measures restored the façade’s performance, longevity, and overall safety, reflecting NA Curtain Walling’s commitment to high-quality building maintenance.
